Return Policy

At 100 Vape Shop, we strive to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction. We offer a 30-day replacement warranty for defective hardware purchased from our online vape shop or vape stores. Our warranty covers specific issues such as device charging problems, internal battery malfunctions, chip and LCD display issues, and auto firing or device firing issues. Please note that only these issues are eligible for warranty claims.

Warranty Exclusions:
Certain items are not covered by our warranty program, including coils, pods, e-liquid, pre-filled pods, disposables, tanks, rebuildable products, and batteries. Additionally, the following circumstances are not covered:

  • Failure or damage due to improper use or unauthorized repair
  • Failure or damage caused by excessive force, such as dropping or abuse
  • Failure or damage resulting from usage outside of recommended operating instructions
  • Damage or failure caused by improper use, including water damage, juice spillage, or fire damage
  • Leaky tanks
  • Loss or damage due to missing components
  • Stripped or damaged threads, crooked 510 connectors, rattling or sticky buttons
  • Modification of a product, which automatically voids the warranty
  • Defects caused by normal wear and tear or natural aging of the product
  • Items outside of the warranty period


The 30-day warranty period starts from the day the items are delivered. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending items to and from 100 Vape Shop.

Disposable Devices:
For disposable devices, we offer a limited Dead on Arrival (DOA) warranty within 24 hours. If your disposable device does not work upon first-time use, we will replace it free of charge. To process the return, the disposable vape must be returned in its original packaging with the tax stamp. Please note that we cannot process the return without the original packaging.

Prefilled Pods:
For prefilled pods, we offer a limited 24-hour return policy if the pods have not been used and are leaking. To initiate the return, the pods must be returned in their original packaging with the tax stamp. Please ensure that the original packaging is included, as we cannot process the return without it.

STLTH:
Please note that we do not handle warranty items for STLTH products. For any issues with STLTH products, please contact them directly through their website: https://stlthvape.com/pages/warranty-center

E-liquid:
All e-liquid purchases are final sale and not eligible for warranty, return, or exchange due to consumer safety reasons. If you notice any variation in e-liquid from bottle to bottle, it may be due to steeping, exposure to heat or sunlight, or a change in device/product resistance.

Tanks, Coils, and Pods:
Due to their consumable nature and limited lifespan, atomizer tanks, atomizer coils, and pods are eligible for a limited Dead on Arrival (DOA) warranty. If these products do not work upon first-time use, we will replace them free of charge. To proceed with the warranty claim, please return the defective products in their original packaging with all original components for confirmation and testing to determine the issue.

Discontinued/Clearance Products:
Defective discontinued items within the warranty period will be exchanged for a product of equal or greater value. If the exchange is for a product of greater value, the customer will be required to pay the price difference for the new product.

Manufacturer Contact:
If you are out of warranty or we are unable to assist you in troubleshooting the problem, we recommend reaching out to the manufacturer directly. In some cases, they may offer extended warranties included with the product. Please find below the manufacturer contact details for various brands:


Please note that our warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, damage caused by using products or supplies not purchased from us, damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, contact with liquid, fire or other external causes, or damage caused by services performed by anyone other than 100 Vape Shop.

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Shipping Charges:
If you decide to return a product and originally received free shipping, you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the initial delivery. Please note that all shipping costs are non-refundable.
