Providing proof of age upon delivery

When a shipment requires proof of age, our delivery agent conducts a visual verification of the recipient upon delivery. If the recipient appears to be under 25, we request photo identification to confirm their age, along with a signature. The minimum age requirement is set by the sender and may vary based on regulations and the contents of the shipment.

Proof of age is required from the individual receiving the package, regardless of whether they are the addressee.

Please note that certain items are dispatched from our warehouse. Kindly allow a processing time of 3-7 business days for delivery.
